At Expert Services, we strive to provide top-quality deep cleaning and pest control solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services.

1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refunds are considered only if you are unsatisfied with the service due to incomplete or poor execution, and you notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • No refund will be granted for services that were completed as per agreed scope and standards.
2. Inspection & Resolution
  • In case of complaints, we may send a technician to re-inspect and rectify the issue free of charge before issuing a refund.
  • If the problem persists after re-service and is verified by our team, a full or partial refund may be processed depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind or cancellation after the technician has arrived on-site.
  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions, especially for pest control services.
  • Refusal to allow a follow-up visit for issue verification.
4. Cancellation & Refund Timing
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
  • For prepaid bookings canceled within 24 hours of service time, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
